ID/Passport Reading
It is enough to attach an identity card (passport) to the scanner window, and personal information will be automatically transferred to the guest’s registration card.
Accomodation Receipt
After programming a card from the room, the guest receives a voucher with the room number and navigation information. The document template can be modified with information about Internet access, breakfast time, etc.
Room Key-Card
Guest receives a personal room-card encoded automatically on check-in/check-out dates.
Secure Payment
Outstanding balance paid online or upon arrival with the bank card and stored in the PMS for invoicing.
Guest registration card
